I’m an IT professional based in Georgia with over 8 years of experience working with technology. Over the years, I’ve worked with everything from banking systems and network infrastructure to troubleshooting everyday computer issues. I know technology can be confusing, especially when people start throwing around technical terms that don’t mean much to everyone. I enjoy breaking things down into plain English and helping people understand what’s going on instead of just fixing the problem and moving on. Whether it’s configuring a VPN, working on a network, or setting up a printer, I want people to feel comfortable and understand the technology they’re using.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with new technology and learning about the latest tech trends. I’m also into photography, which gives me a chance to explore the creative side of technology. I enjoy learning how camera settings, equipment, and technique all work together to capture a great shot. For me, there’s always something new to learn, whether it’s in IT or behind a camera.
